Summer activities. If you enjoy mountain biking, we are only five miles from Gore Mountain
where you can mountain bike to your heart's content all Summer long. We are within minutes
of the Hudson River which boasts some of the best white water rafting in the world. If
horseback riding is something you desire, the stables are just ten minutes away. Like
swimming and boating? We're only 19 miles from Lake George where you can take a tour of
historic Fort Henry, a dinner cruise on the lake, or rent your own speedboat. If you or
your kids are thrill seekers at heart, visit the Great Escape action park in the town of
Lake George. If hiking is more your speed, we are conveniently located near the Central Adirondack Trail, Teddy Roosevelt Trail, and many others. If you prefer to stay close by just follow the path next to the stream bordering the property for a peaceful stroll any time of day.
